It has been two years since the release of With Every Heartbeat: New Jewish Music for Shabbat!

With Every Heartbeat: New Jewish Music for Shabbat is a beautiful recording of new Jewish music for prayer and reflection composed and performed by Rachel Lipkin.

I hope you will enjoy listening to these prayers and use them in your davening (prayer experiences).  I am so grateful to Ofer Geller on drum, Maggie Burton on flute and co-producer, John Kraft, ATAZEE Studios, for helping me create this recording.

I am grateful for the response I have received on my debut CD. It really is wonderful to hear from so many about how they listen to it each week as they prepare for Shabbat or on Saturday mornings when they are just hanging out.  Some say they are fond of particular prayers for calming and getting centered. How cool is that? I have composed more pieces and many people have asked when another CD is coming out. I can only say that I continue to compose and hope to one day have another recording.
